ABSTRACT
Chronic Idiopathic Intestinal Pseudo-obstruction Syndrome (CIIPOS), with recurrent abdominal pain, nausea and vomiting without mechanical obstruction, can be acute or chronic. Unlike the more common acute form (Ogilvie Syndrome), chronic form is a more rare, serious, and heterogeneous clinic. We presented in the light of the literature on chronic pseudo-obstruction but with reference to our center with ileus.

ÖZ
Mekanik obstrüksiyon olmaksızın tekrarlayan karın ağrısı, bulantı ve kusmanın görüldüğü kronik İdiopatik İntestinal Psödo-obstrüksiyon Sendromu (CİİPOS) akut veya kronik olabilmektedir. Daha sık görülen akut formun (Ogilvie Sendromu) aksine kronik form daha nadir, ciddi ve heterojen bir kliniktir. Biz kronik psödo-obstrüksiyonu olan, ancak ileus ile merkezimize başvuran olguyu literatürler ışığında sunduk.
